Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all EU orders over €50. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 7 days, contact us at hello@gloressa.com.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. EU orders ship from within the EU and are not subject to customs duties.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 5 additional business days, contact us at hello@gloressa.com. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
