Is shipping free?
Yes — on all EU orders over €50. Orders under €50 have a flat €4.95 shipping fee.

Are your products certified for use in Europe?

Returns and Refunds
What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you’re not satisfied, simply email us at hello@gloressa.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at hello@gloressa.com with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and cover all return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, we process refunds within 5 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
